Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. Products

Digital printable PDF files, described on each product page (contents, page count, language, A4 and US Letter). Nothing is shipped.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code. The price that applies is the one shown when you order. Promotions state their end date.

4. Order and payment

Orders and payments are handled by Gumroad (payment being set up) under its own terms. The order is final once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

A download link is provided immediately after payment (confirmation page and email).

6. Right of withdrawal

Under French law (art. L221-28 13° Code de la consommation) and EU law, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. Before paying you tick a box requesting immediate access and acknowledging this; a confirmation is sent with your order.

7. Licence

Personal, family or classroom use only. No resale, sharing or redistribution.

8. Problem with a file

If a file is faulty, email tibonono+lutin@mail.grokbot.com and we will supply a corrected file. Statutory conformity guarantees apply.

10. Disputes

French law applies. Contact us first; you may then use the consumer mediator free of charge (consumer mediator: being appointed).
